The Full Story

I grew up on a farm in Nebraska and that is where my love for plants and herbs began. I attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney and got a degree in Biology with a Health Science Emphasis. I originally intended on going into osteopathic medicine but in my senior year came across naturopathic medicine and fell in love. It was the perfect combination of science, nature and tradition. After graduation in 2015 I moved to Arizona with my then fiance and started at SCNM in the fall. I graduated SCNM with my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2019 and took my board exams later that year. By fall I was officially a licensed doctor and started practicing medicine at a small naturopathic clinic. The next year I decided my education wasn't over and started at Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture for my doctorate in Acupuncture.
